Sometimes customer service can fix a bad experience, but not always. I think sharing honest feedback helps other buyers avoid the same mistakes. Good stitching usually means the item will not fall apart after one or two washes.

If they reply politely and give detailed answers, I feel more relaxed. Online shops that show detailed measurements and care instructions usually get my attention. Nose pads that are too hard leave marks and feel uncomfortable on the skin. Price is important to me, but quality and comfort are even more important in the long run. It is interesting to see how different people value different aspects of a product. Now I try to read as many real user reviews as possible before I buy anything. Sometimes I experiment with different materials just to see how they feel in daily life.
